Meet Your Facilitator
Hello, Hola, Bonjour,
I'm Audrey, a wellness facilitator specializing in reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, yin yoga, breathwork and sound healing. I create experiences that help people reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and return to themselves, whether in a beachfront shala, a private villa, a boutique studio, or a luxury resort.
My sessions move between structure and stillness, strength and softness. A dynamic Pilates class, a grounding yin practice, a breathwork journey, a sound healing, or a layered experience that weaves all of these together. Each one is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
I've had the privilege of facilitating at some of the world's most celebrated wellness destinations, from Azulik and Nomade Tulum to Ana y José Hotel, Yäan Wellness Spa and beyond, as well as private villas, boutique hotels, rooftop gatherings, studio mornings and intimate community events across Mexico and internationally.
I hold space grounded in presence, compassion and non-judgment. My intention is simple: to create meaningful, elevated experiences where people can move, breathe, connect, and feel more at home in their bodies.
My Story
My path didn't begin in wellness. It began in a fast-paced digital world where I was building businesses, constantly creating and achieving. I was driven and disciplined, doing lots of HIIT workouts that were constantly adding more stress to my already stressed body, and over time, I became disconnected from myself.
Overwhelmed, always on, and eventually burned out, my body started to reflect it through gut issues, fatigue, and an inability to truly rest. It became clear that this was not just physical. It was emotional, mental, and deeply connected.
Alongside this, I went deep into therapy work. Not just once, but continuously. It became an ongoing process of understanding myself, unpacking patterns, and learning how to relate to my body and emotions in a more conscious way. That journey is still part of my life today.
Through this process, I realized that healing is not about doing more. It is about learning how to be. To slow down. To listen. To feel.
This is what led me to conscious movement, breath, and sound.
Through Pilates, I began to move with awareness, slowly, with control and precision, reconnecting to the body from within. Through yin yoga, I learned to soften, to release, and to create space where I used to hold tension. Breath became a powerful tool to regulate my nervous system and bring me back into balance. Sound opened another layer, allowing me to drop deeper into the body and access states of calm and connection that go beyond the mind.
These modalities are deeply connected. Movement, breath, and sound work together to support the body, the nervous system, and our inner state. When practiced consciously, they create balance not only physically, but emotionally and energetically.
As I began to integrate these practices into my daily life, the shift was subtle but profound. It wasn't about fixing something overnight, but about coming back into balance. My body felt stronger yet more at ease, my sleep became deeper, and I started to respond to life with more awareness rather than reactivity.
Today, I share these tools from lived experience. It's not about doing more. It's about learning how to move, breathe, and be with awareness, creating space for strength, release, and a deeper connection within.
“The most profound journey you will ever take is the one that leads you back to yourself. I'm here to guide you home, through movement, breath and sound.”
