There's a beautiful quote that resonates deeply with me: "When you control your breath, nothing can take your peace away." This simple truth encapsulates the essence of my journey and what I aim to share with others.

Hello, Hola, Bonjour,

I’m Audrey, a wellness instructor and passionate, movement, breath and sound facilitator dedicated to guiding individuals toward holistic well-being. My work is rooted in conscious movement, blending Pilates and yin yoga with breathwork and sound healing to create experiences that help you reconnect, reset, and return home to yourself.

With a deep understanding of pranayama techniques from a holistic system, I have immersed myself in the world of breathwork to unlock its transformative power. I combine these practices with immersive sound healing journeys, offering both group and individual experiences designed to bring harmony, clarity, and deep inner connection.

Rooted in the classical Pilates method and supported by slow, intentional practices like yin yoga, I guide sessions that build strength, improve mobility, and deepen body awareness. Through breath and sound, I create space to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and access a more grounded, present state.

Sound has a remarkable ability to transcend the limitations of the mind and connect us with the deeper layers of our being. Through my practice and exploration, I have developed a way of blending ancient wisdom with modern techniques to create experiences that are both grounding and transformative.

I am certified in Yoga 200YTT in Bali, 50h Yin Yoga, Pilates Mat and Reformer, SOMA Breath, as well as sound healing, body therapy, and Access Bars therapy. These modalities allow me to offer a holistic approach that balances structure and flow, strength and softness, movement and stillness.

My experience spans working with luxury hotels, private groups in villas, studios, and curated wellness spaces. I facilitate sessions for a variety of settings including bachelorette gatherings, group experiences, corporate wellness, weddings, and intimate circles of friends.

Each experience is thoughtfully designed to adapt to the energy and intention of the space, whether it’s a dynamic Pilates class, a grounding yin practice, or a deeper journey through breath and sound.

My intention is simple: to create meaningful, elevated experiences where people can move, connect, and feel more at home in their bodies.

But “Why these tools in particular” you may ask?

Because true well-being comes from addressing both the body and the mind. By combining conscious movement through Pilates and Yin Yoga with breath and sound, these practices create a complete experience that strengthens, releases, and reconnects you from within.

Pilates builds deep, functional strength, improves posture, and develops control and awareness through precise, intentional movement. Yin yoga complements this by inviting stillness, allowing the body to soften, release tension, and restore mobility at a deeper level.

When paired with breathwork and sound, the experience goes beyond the physical, supporting the nervous system, calming the mind, and creating space for deeper connection.

Some of the benefits you may experience include:

– A stronger, more aligned and balanced body
– Improved posture, mobility, and flexibility
– Deep relaxation and nervous system regulation
– Release of physical tension and emotional stress
– Greater clarity, focus, and mental ease
– Enhanced body awareness and mind–body connection
– A sense of grounding, presence, and inner calm

Each session is a unique and personal experience, designed to meet you exactly where you are. I hold a space grounded in presence, compassion, and non-judgment, allowing you to move, release, and reconnect through conscious movement, breath, and sound.

My Story

My path didn’t begin in wellness. It began in a fast-paced, digital world where I was building businesses, constantly creating and achieving. I was driven and disciplined, doing lots of HIIT workouts constantly adding more stress to my already stressed body, and over time, I became disconnected from myself.

Overwhelmed, always on, and eventually burned out, my body started to reflect it through gut issues, fatigue, and an inability to truly rest. It became clear that this was not just physical. It was emotional, mental, and deeply connected.

Alongside this, I went deep into therapy work. Not just once, but continuously. It became an ongoing process of understanding myself, unpacking patterns, and learning how to relate to my body and emotions in a more conscious way. That journey is still part of my life today.

Through this process, I realized that healing is not about doing more. It is about learning how to be. To slow down. To listen. To feel.

This is what led me to conscious movement, breath, and sound.

Through Pilates, I began to move with awareness. Moving slowly, with control and precision, reconnecting to the body from within. Through yin yoga, I learned to soften, to release, and to create space where I used to hold tension.

Breath became a powerful tool to regulate my nervous system and bring me back into balance. Sound opened another layer, allowing me to drop deeper into the body and access states of calm and connection that go beyond the mind.

These modalities are deeply connected. Movement, breath, and sound work together to support the body, the nervous system, and our inner state. When practiced consciously, they create balance not only physically, but emotionally and energetically.

We are not just physical bodies. We are energy, constantly moving, breathing, and vibrating. Our bodies are made mostly of water, and sound and frequency interact with us in a very real way. When we slow down and become more aware, we begin to feel this connection more clearly.

As I began to integrate these practices into my daily life, the shift was subtle but profound. It wasn’t about fixing something overnight, but about coming back into balance. My body felt stronger yet more at ease, my sleep became deeper, and I started to respond to life with more awareness rather than reactivity. This journey is ongoing. Through continuous self-work, therapy, and practice, I keep deepening this connection with myself.

Today, I share these tools from lived experience. It’s not about doing more. It’s about learning how to move, breathe, and be with awareness: creating space for strength, release, and a deeper connection within.

Today, I continue this journey while sharing these tools with others. My intention is to guide you to move, breathe, and experience your body more consciously, creating space for strength, release, and connection. Because sometimes the most powerful shift is not in doing more, but in being more.

Join me on this journey of self-discovery and inner transformation.

Together, we will explore the boundless potential of movement, breath and sound, harnessing their ability to bring peace, balance, and fulfillment to every aspect of our lives.
